For Schlage “A” Line Locksets
Removing a cylinder cap from Schlage “A” line locksets is a snap with this tool. Use it with the cylinder in or out of the knob. With the cylinder out, merely depress the cap pin and turn. With the cylinder in the knob, slide tool over tailpiece and depress knob. Then, turn the tool slightly to depress the knob retainer. This tool saves time and tempers.
